The Mediterranean 54 is a high-performance, semi-custom, modified deep-V convertible sportfishing and cruising yacht. Her hull design provides a smooth ride and achieves better performance with less fuel consumption making her very economical. A cut-away forefoot with relatively wide chines forward helps deflect spray while the width of the downward angle chines, broadening to large running surfaces aft, helps to quickly lift the boat to a plane and steady the hull in a beam sea. The upsweep aft of the hull`s fairbody keel line reduces resistance and provides a low running angle of attack for maximum performance. The interior layouts and details provide a luxurious, comfortable refuge after a long day of fighting fish. The standard A interior arrangement has the galley down with two double cabins and two heads. The main salon is open to arrange a choice of sofas, tables, chairs. The B interior arrangement has the galley up in the salon area to port, and has three double staterooms and two heads. Interior arrangement C is the same as B except that a serving bar with three bar stools has been added. Interior D has a large owner`s stateroom to port and amidships with the galley aft. The standard queen berth cabin forward can be made into two double cabins. This option is available on all layouts.
