Boat Description  The Seawind 1050 Resort has been specially developed to suit the needs of commercial operators who are looking for a safe, cost effective and passenger friendly vessel, ideally suited to day charter excursions. It is designed and built to meet Australian D survey and can carry up to 30 passengers and two crew, depending on area of proposed operation. She is ideal for diving operators, whale and dolphin watching or simply taking tourists to explore coral reefs and sheltered sandy bays. The major design feature of the Seawind Resort 1050 is its huge main deck offering safe, stable and comfortable day accommodation for the passengers and crew. Protection from the elements is achieved by the large fibreglass hardtop, with roll up clear windows all round. This gives great visibility and a feeling of spaciousness and relaxed comfort for all on board. You will find that sailing the Resort 1050 is easy and is designed to be operated by one person, meaning very low operating costs are achieved.

Cabin Accommodation  
  • Forward cabins in each hull. These are watertight areas accessible via 500 x 500 mm aluminium opening hatches. Finished in flowcoat, easy clean finish.
  • Main port cabin: Accessed via side-opening hatchway to main deck.
  • In the forward part of the cabin is a PAR marine toilet with holding tank.
  • Storage & bench area for safety equipment.
  • Area aft of companionway is fibreglass bunk with 100mm upholstered foam mattress.
  • Main starboard cabin: Accessed via side-opening hatchway to main deck
  • Between main bulkhead & companionway is shelving for storage & galley, if required.
  • Area aft of companionway is fibreglass bunk with 100mm upholstered foam mattress.
  • The interior will be finished in a gelcoat finish. The aim will be for an easy to maintain & clean finish.
