Boat Description

The Voyager 120 features hand-laid composite fiberglass construction, with the highest quality mat and roving, structural honeycomb and high density foam reinforcements. Voyager inflatable tubes are made of the highest quality Orca Hypalon neoprene coated fabric. The most specific characteristics of Orca fabrics are: ultra violet light resistance, fire resistance, abrasion resistance, extreme cold and heat condition resistance and hydrocarbon resistance. We use 38oz. material as used in the river raft industry. Voyager gas tanks are made in the Pacific N.W. and conform to US Coast Guard, NMMA and ISO specifications and are made of marine grade aluminum 5052 H32. Voyager safety handrails and arches are also made in the Pacific N.W. of polished marine grade 316 stainless steel and thru bolted onto the boats. Voyager miscellaneous parts are of the highest quality to ensure years of low maintenance and high performance.
