The Zodiac 870 Diesel Jet yacht tender and her sister ship, a matching Dive Tender, were commissioned for the largest privately owned Yacht ever built (at the time). The aluminum hull and deck were faired and painted to a high gloss GRP finish. The stainless Steel fittings had all weld marks ground out and polished. The teak decks were painstakingly hand laid. The deck configuration Allowed the owners a party of 10 with a crew of 2. The Volvo/Kamewa propulsion unit provides safe and reliable power. The lifting points are recessed into the deck. The low profile is achieved by folding stern arches and comms towers. The robustness and the finish are a testimony to Zodiac`s ability to engineer reliable solutions and execute a high standard of finish.
