The Oyster 62 premiered to rave reviews at the 2001 London Boat Show and following her launch she has proven herself in every way.
She shows good breeding, since theres clearly a family resemblance to the Oyster 56 and other models in the Oyster range created by Rob Humphreys and the Oyster Design Team. In a programme of continuous development, progress is inevitable and the 62, with her twin wheel configuration, takes cockpit space and ease of deck access to a new level. Climbing over tall cockpit coamings is often an issue with yachts of this size but not so with the 62 as there is very easy, safe access from the stern deck.
